Sugar and plant oils, nothing scratchy. Polishes away dry, flaky skin and leaves enough oil behind that you may not need anything after it.
Use on damp skin once or twice a week, working in circles, then rinse. Go gently — sugar dissolves as you work, which is exactly the point.
